My Approach

I believe that therapy should be collaborative, practical, and empowering. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and designed to meet you where you are. For those that prefer a more relaxed setting, I offer walk-and-talks in community meet-ups.

Individual Counselling

For those experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem struggles, or life transitions. Together, we will explore your challenges, develop personalized coping strategies, and help you build resilience and emotional well-being.

Couples Counselling

Relationships require work, and sometimes we need guidance to navigate challenges and reconnect. Whether you’re facing communication issues, conflict, trust concerns, or life transitions, I help couples strengthen their bond through structured, evidence-based therapy.

Trauma & PTSD Therapy

Trauma can leave lasting imprints on our emotions, relationships, and sense of safety. I specialize in helping individuals process past trauma, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and regain control over their lives. I hold expertise in healing from the impact of religious trauma, including experiences in religious cults. Modalities such as EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness techniques may be incorporated based on your needs.

Grief & Loss Support

Grief is a deeply personal journey. Whether you’re experiencing the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or unresolved past grief, I provide a compassionate space to process and find healing at your own pace.

Rates & Payment Options

  • 60 minute Individual Session – $220

  • 60 minute Couples Session – $240 

  • Extended 90-minute sessions are also offered, as well as walk-and-talks and coffee shop meet-ups for clients who prefer a more casual setting. Inquire if interested as rates vary

Many extended health benefits plans cover counselling services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW 13533). Please check with your provider to determine your coverage. Payment methods accepted include: ACH (like e-transfer or PAD) bank transfer, Cash, Cheque, Credit Cards (Accepted via PayPal).
